  • Officetel is a type of real estate combined between offices and hotels. As a multi-functional apartment type, you can both work and stay overnight. Officetel is absolutely suitable for foreign experts or youth entrepreneurs.
  • Condotel is a type of real estate combined between apartments and hotels. This is an apartment type designed with full of functions as a high-end apartment. The only difference is that each room will be owned by an individual instead of a shared owner.
